“Exceptionally located in the community, especially for listening to the Freeman Stage music concerts! Condo was incredibly clean! I wish more kitchen items were available for our family of 6, such as cups, glasses, measuring cups/spoons, a cookie sheet and large baking pan. We DEFINITELY recommend to families or couples looking for the best experience of the Delaware shore!”

“The property is extremely well supplied and equipped. If I were to make any recommendation it would be replacement of living room furniture with more comfortable pieces and the addition of a dresser or chest for clothes storage in the master bedroom. These are not imperatives, but they would add the final touch. The mattresses were great!”

“This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it. The location is perfect- 2 blocks to beach and an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. The cottage has EVERYTHING you might need. Brian and Beth are so thoughtful and have included so many amenities, it is hard to list them all. Two big items for us was beach equipment and a well appointed kitchen!! Thanks so much and we will be back!!”

“An excellent property on a quiet street in Rehoboth Beach. Easy walking distance to shops, the beach, and playgrounds. The house is very well maintained and had a fully stocked kitchen. Lots of space for a multigenerational family vacation.”

“Our group of 16, (4 kids and 12 adults) all said this was absolutely the best beach house we’ve stayed in yet. It was very clean and well equipped. I always bring a bag of tools to fix something. This was the first house where I didn’t need to fix anything. Maria is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this house. ”

“This place was very clean and in very good condition. Checking in was easy and simple. The owner was there and greeted us in a warm and welcoming manner. He showed us around the location and shared all kinds of useful information. The house had clean linens and bath towels supplied. The kitchen was well appointed, had modern appliances and was spotless clean. The location is wonderful, on a quiet dead-end street with little traffic but close to the downtown area and beach with access to downtown...
