“This property was overall great! Maureen was always very responsive! We ended up with 6 of us staying Thursday-Sunday. Parking was very easy, never saw another car in the lot actually. Check-in super simple! For the most part was clean, however couches had alot of dog hair as well as the floor. I know it is a pet friendly property but wish that had been cleaned up more. In the bunk room, mattress pad had what looked like a bloodstain on it and I killed quite a few ants that kept appearing on the...

“My wife and I got married at Baywood in Milsboro and stayed at this property over the weekend of our wedding with family and friends. It was an absolutely perfect location for the group. We were able to walk to the beach each morning, there are plenty of food options around, and the starboard is less than a block away! The house itself was amazing.
