“Only 3 rooms in this to tiny hotel. But it was spacious, peaceful & quiet. The best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel for years. Lovely staff and nice pub below. The room was refurbished and the bathroom brand new. Situated right by the magnificent Heaton park. Recommended for families.”

“Property was independently place, great surrounds. The was a damp smell , we were staying during summer. The accommodation was cluttered.”

“Great location near public transport. Friendly/helpful staff. My only problem was the bath was quite deep and hard to get in/out of for showering; an age thing but something that others need to be aware of. Other than that niggle, would not hesitate to return.”

“John and Chris were amazing hosts! We stayed for a week and had a great time! They took out our trash/recycling daily and let us borrow an umbrella when it was raining. They also had a detailed pamphlet of things to do/eat in the area. 10/10 would stay here again :)”

“The apartment was excellent, very clean, we were very comfortable and had a good weekend, the recommendations for restaurants were good, we visited The Pearl and had a brilliant meal, we also visited Babbo, the Italian across the road and had excellent meal too. The check in and out was good and the property manual was detailed. One thing that we had trouble with was finding the apartment as the postcode wasn’t that helpful to know where it was, we didn’t know that 7 Butt Hill Court was on New...
