“ここに宿泊する前１週間強、道内各地を転々としました。ここでは夕朝食２食をいただきましたがどれも味がよく、しかも食べ物でお腹が休まる（癒される）ように感じました。お風呂のお湯もまろやかで、後ゆっくり休めました。 娘は、ここのパンナコッタの味は甘すぎずくどくなくてすごく美味しいと言っていました。”

“・バイキングは美味しかった。種類も沢山あった。スタッフの対応も良かった。 ・部屋は古い感じがあるけど、気持ちよく過ごせた。景観は綺麗だが、窓に蜘蛛の巣などがあったので、それを拭いておいてもらえると良かったと思う。 ・外の着衣露天風呂は、硫黄の匂いがして気持ちよかったが、男の子の子供用の湯衣がなくて、困った。 ・入浴後にやったエアホッケーが楽しかった。 全体的には満足でした！”

“I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My friend left his wallet back at the hotel and they were very helpful in locating it and mailing it to his forwarding address. I must mention Renko in the staff who was instrumental in finding the wallet, thank you so much. The hotel itself is great, very helpful staff, amazing onsen and nice facilities. Also very close to Asahidake for those who want to hike or ski in the winter.”

“Floor bedding low cushion seats were difficult to use with bad knees but everything was clean and provided for all our needs. Takes getting used to even ordering meals the day before wirjs in a tiny town with few restaurants with limited hours”

“Exellent dinner buffet! Free shuttles (reserved) from Asahikawa and to Biei were very convenient. 3 mins walk to the famous Shirogane Bridge for great views. We didn't go to the Blue Pond due to transport logistics and lots of flying insects. Free water bottles and japanese sweets in room. Rooms were nice and clean. The only problem was our 2 rooms didn't have airconditioning, or rather, the central airconditioning is not effective at all. It was too hot to sleep for our 1 night stay in August...

“オールインクルーシブのドリンクの種類が多く、特に珍しいビールが飲めたりしてとても満足出来ました。ただ夕食時のドリンクとラウンジのドリンクが共通で、夕食時に注ぎに行くのが少し面倒なのとその説明がまったくなかったです。夕食のデザートが最後の方だと全然補充されません。 客室と風呂は古いなりに清潔に保たれています。 スタッフの方はとても元気に挨拶され感じが良かったです。”

“We are a family of four and stayed here for one night. The staff spoke limited English, but they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were able to communicate without any problems. This is an older, traditional Japanese hotel. It’s not luxurious, but that’s exactly the kind of authentic experience we were looking for. Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks, including beer, in the lounge, which was a wonderful touch. My husband and I are heavily tattooed, and we were welcomed...
