“We were very impressed with our 4 days at The Zuri Kumarakom. We were surprised to be told that the property is about 25 years old, because it's superb maintenance suggested a much younger age to us. “It took 45 minutes to checkin and 30 minutes to checkout. Very inefficient process. Went late to lunch buffet, and food was cold. A la carte food was good. Location of hotel is good, though getting to it is interesting in a larger vehicle. ”
