“The hotel and facilities were amazing, and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is a bit away from any public transportation, but the hotel has a shuttlebus, we could use to get to the station, so that was convenient. We highly recommend going here for some relaxation and beautiful scenery. A hidden gem!”

“The hotel was so beautiful and the attention to detail was great. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything. They also spoke English. We were given yukatas to wear and they were really pretty. The food was amazing, everything was really fresh. The in room bath had amazing views to Mt. Fuji and was relaxing. They also have a shuttle that picks you up from Kawaguchiko station at 8, 8:30 9 and 10 am. We ended up taking a taxi from the station to the hotel but we took the shuttle back to...
