“I arrived at the hotel very late night and tired, and I had to wake up early for my 8:00 a.m. flight. While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was obvious the room was not clean, but since I needed to rest, I decided to mention it at the reception before leaving. “Ottima accoglienza del personale. Breckfast buono. Struttura moderna e funzionale. Unica avvertenza: se si viaggia da soli alla sera, per raggiungere la struttura è meglio usare il bus (che ha la fermata davanti all'albergo) dall'areoporto perchè la zona è isolata, in mezzo a area industriale e di servizi all'areoporto.”

“Really nice looking property with easy parking. Food was excellent and location was out of the way quiet but still easy to get to. Some negatives was that the matteress was old and soft so you rolled toward the center and one of the receptionists had limited people skills. No conversation loke 'good morning, how was your stay.... anything and one of the advertised benefits of that roaring fire was not kept alight so any though of having a drink after dinner infront of it ..you can forget....

“Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. If you want to stay all day it will cost £70 including a 3 course dinner. Will stay again in the future 😉”

“Tremendous value. We were in Leicestershire for a pre-Christmas family get-together. The hotel was everything we needed. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, the staff friendly and happy to help, and the hotel had a pleasant festive vibe about it. Great location in the middle of Quorn too. Thanks again to the hotel manager who whipped out the first aid kit when I was daft enough to injure a couple of fingers at 10pm on a Sunday evening.”
