“La struttura e' bellissima essendo una vecchia fabbrica di the convertita in hotel. Il personale si presenta bene, in divisa locale. Tuttavia avrei da fare alcuni appunti. Non e' un 5 stelle secondo gli standard cui sono abituati gli europei. L'hotel si presenta come ecosostenibile, ma c'era una gran dispersione di calore, visti gli spifferi di aria che c'erano in camera. La qualita' della colazione e' molto discutibile. “The building looks lovely and the grounds are beautiful BUT the room wasn’t great , the bathroom had an old shower curtain and the shower was above the bath. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was small and dark. it was my birthday and there was no mention of this even though my husband had given advanced information. The buffet and dining room looked spectacular but the food quality wasn’t what we were expecting given the visual wow factor.

“The location of this resort is stunning, just beautiful. The service is superb. The food is amazing. And the cottage itself was tastefully recreated. We enjoyed walking the tea trails - just expect to make an effort on the plantation hills. We also relaxed and enjoyed the hotel every afternoon. They will do anything to make your stay as perfect as possible. It was an ideal stay for us. ”

“Hold by a very kind family, they will do everything to ensure that you enjoy your stay. They will offer a good tea as well as an excellent breakfast.
The room is simple, and the garden is very beautiful and welcoming.
For 10USD per person, it's definitely a good choice! ”
