“Excellent Hote, spacious, beautiful and in an excellent position close to the Expo Center. The room is not that big, but cleaned enough and comfy. The restaurant is good, but expensive. Anyway, an excellent place to stay for Business Days in Birmingham.”

“Cozy location with furniture sometimes cure sometimes odd. 10 minute walking distance from.airport shuttle. Small room, no desk for working with laptop, but common area in the hall. Some games in the hall (table football, chess board)”

“The most comfy bed, staff were all helpful and lovely, great breakfast, a really lovely stay and would definitely stay again”

“Non-existent room complementary ”

“Great location, potential to be a beautiful hotel, but needs some tlc. The room was dirty, dirty toilet, headboard had stains all over it, stains on the sheets. No Iron, ironing board or even a hairdryer in the room. Not suitable for disabled people, steps outside the property, stairs everywhere, no lift. The lady on reception was very lovely and very helpful.”
