“Good”

“The room is well maintained and clean. The spa pool made the stay really good for relaxation.”

“Camera molto spaziosa e personale estremamente disponibile. Doccia larga e confortevole, wifi in camera perfettamente funzionante. Struttura consigliata”

“We loved the friendly and helpful welcome we received, and the beautifully furnished, spacious and immaculately clean 2 bedroom unit we stayed in. Beds - great! Lovely linen and comfy - firm beds but not hard. 2 toilets much appreciated. Kitchen was excellent and reasonably well equipped- a couple of suggestions here though - microwave, sitting on top of rangehood is well above safe height of 1250-1350 off floor and I'd suggest remounting on the wall. Also no bowl of any sort for a salad or...

“La pulizia non è il massimo!”

“Cabin was great. We booked for six people, however, only got four towels other than the towel issue cool, everything else was good.”

“This was our first time staying at this property, and we were very impressed. We stayed in a suite and found the check-in process to be quick and easy. It was also convenient to find a parking space close to our room, and we appreciated the range of facilities on offer. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and the spa bath was more like a spa pool, which was a fantastic bonus. The underfloor heating added an extra touch of comfort...

“Tutto bene, ottima cucina, camere retrò molto carine, personale premuroso.

“Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place”

Camera ampia vista lago, pulita e ben arredata.”

“It was basic accommodation. We were concerned that the main door was lockable but not the door to the balcony. We only had 1 pillow per person and only a kettle. The sound proofing is not good you can hear people in adjoining rooms.”

“We stayed for 6 nights. There was no room service unless we asked and we had to ask more than once. The sheets were stained. No microwave in rooms was a shock and I didn’t realise in the advertisement. Can’t wait Netflix or YouTube on the television. The room was too small.”

“Private hot tub for each room which you filled with fresh hot thermal water each time you used it.very clean”
