“Hotel was very central for shops restaurants pubs and beach . Parked the car in a car park not too far away which was free for people with disability badge . Breakfast was okay . Liked the cheap drinks in an afternoon. Nice view of the sea from bedroom , shame about the rubbish outside the window. Huge comfortable bed , the bathroom door kept sticking . Kettle and coffee machine supplied but there was no socket near them .”

“The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, tea & coffee making facilities were good, the check in staff were very helpful. The room needed a little TLC but was ok. The leisure centre was great, we used tbe gym, steam room, sauna, ice cave, jacuzzi and swimming pool everyday. We would return and stay again”

“The location had lovely views across the bay The room was much smaller than the picture shown and quite basic Bathroom was also basic & dated Toilet had long standing stains right at the.bottom...so room was just ok for an overnight stay”

“I would NOT recommend this ‘hotel’. I actually thought I was squatting in a derelict building. The property has not been well maintained and smells strongly of damp throughout. My bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the tv didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work and the bed was really uncomfortable.”

“Just had two nights at the Boot and Bike. Got say it was amazing. All the staff were great from the cleaner's to reception to the restaurant. Breakfast was super. The dog friendliness was too the extreme in a good way to left for our cockapoo. We made use of the dog washing area after a day at the seaside. “Very welcoming highly recommend the staff the room we couldnt fault it”

“Awful!! Absolutely Awful Place!!! Checked in by a young girl who said virtually nothing. Nothing about where the room was located, breakfast, the restaurant or where anything was. As a result we eat out. No signs for lift or where the rooms were! Got in the car in the disabled carpark to find there were ropes across with 3 wooden posts. My wife went to reception as I am on crutches and was told to move them herself. She also has cerebral Palsy so asked someone else to. 10 minutes later a guy...

“Really lovely beachfront property with a balcony over the beach. Check in was easy as was parking and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location and the apartments are really nice. Would recommend.”

“Amazing B&B with great views and brilliant team. The lounge is comfortable and the honesty bar is a really nice touch. Rooms are very well maintained and serviced each day. The welcome we received was extra warm and our children settled quickly. The breakfast selection was spot in, good range and quality. Short walk to the town and free parking outside. We will certainly use again.”

“My second stay in as many weeks. Room was a good size, bed was really comfortable. Greeted by a friendly bloke on reception who gave me my key. Good supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in the room. Brilliant location for the cricket ground as well asbthebtown centre. All in all good, can't fault it with the competive prices”

“I visited here for 3 night with my grandson. The location, views, cleanliness, bedroom were excellent. Only criticism i have is that I'm 68 and our room was on the very top floor. Not the fault of anyone. I would live to stay here again.”
