“Great atmospheres! Staff always very helpful, kind and smiling. The position is very comfortable: every interesting corner of York is few minutes walk from there. I felt like home. Extremely happy of the choice. ”

“The location is really good. Its just a short walk into york. Free parking was a bonus. The room itself was nice but the pictures advertised on Expedia were definitely a false representation of the actual room. I chose the room as it stated it had a four poster bed and a bath with jets. Image my disappointment when i walked in and found a normal bed and a walk in shower with no bath in sight. I spoke with the owner who seemed unaware the rooms details had not been updated. “Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful.
