“Lovely hotel and the staff were lovely. Our Room was nice, but sadly the bathroom was terrible. If you went for a shower the bath would fill with water because the plug was stuck closed and the door handle to the bathroom was falling off. ”

“Pros: Good location, easy check in, staff were friendly enough. Appreciative a window had been left open to cool the room and have fresh air. Bed comfortable and towels changed, which is rare. Cons: Noisy room, humming heater throughout the night, stair access to room made it difficult and elevators are small and close very quickly - navigating bulky bags was a nightmare. The cost to park was not easy distinguished upon booking and also frustrating that it cannot be modified to suit your stay,...
