“Check in in autonomia (la ragazza ci ha chiesto i documenti e poi abbiamo dovuto inserirci tutti i dati da soli mettendoci circa 20minuti) parcheggio a pagamento ma abbiamo trovato per via dei cantieri in hotel chiodi che abbiamo portato pure in reception il giorno dopo essere arrivati. Wi-Fi che non funzionava o quando funzionava in appartamento molto lento come le due televisioni che non si collegavano e non funzionavano. abbiamo fatto richiesta di assistenza anche per whatsapp ma nessuno ci...

“Hotel molto nuovo e molto bello, pur non essendo in stile tirolese. Nella zona non c'è molto e per raggiungerlo sul navigatore mettete il comune PERTISAU altrimenti non lo troverete mai... Grande Spa anche se non molto variegata (solo saune, bagno turco, pioggia tropicale). Ottimo l'idromassaggio all'aperto a 40° che può essere utilizzato anche se nevica! “Wir lieben das Pachmair. Es ist einfach immer sehr entspannt. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Moderne trifft auf Tradition und das geht beim Essen so weiter. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und in "Anna´s Stuben" kann man sehr gut abends essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und abends an der Bar trifft man nette Leute. Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal.”

Il ragazzo della reception estremamente gentile: ci ha perfino contattato prima del nostro arrivo per sapere se saremmo arrivate in tempo per la cena, altrimenti ci avrebbe fatto trovare un piatti freddo in camera. Un grande grazie a Daniel, il cameriere, che con grande pazienza ci ha aiutate durante i pasti (mia sorella è celiaca e lui si è veramente prodigato nello spiegarle quali cibi poteva o non poteva mangiare). “Tutto perfetto ”

“Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Der Balkon war super, da er ein Eckbalkon war und dadurch echt riesig. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, weder himmlisch gut, noch schlecht, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Badezimmer war aber etwas beengend, aber was will man machen, außer komplett umzubauen ;) Beim Frühstück hat man das Nötigste bekommen, für eine Pension würde ich behaupten, man hat mehr bekommen, als man erwarten konnte.”

“Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gerade noch ok. Die Pools und Zimmer (zumindest das, was wir hatten) genügen den Ansprüchen eines 5*-Hauses nicht. Dasselbe gilt für Handtücher und Amenties. Fehlende Badeschuhe wegen der Umwelt? In einem 5* Haus, welches Aussenpools beheizt? Es gibt bessere Spa- und Wellnesshotels...”

“The only thing missing was air conditioning. I booked because I thought it said air conditioning but there was none. However, I will say this is one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and the location on the river is amazing. The type of hotel you make a trip just to stay at the hotel”

“Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights in one of the apartments. It was very spacious, had a private balcony and full kitchen with dining room seating. It was quiet and very comfortable. We did a lot of sightseeing in Mayrhofen, which is beautiful and has many cable car options. We were greeted warmly by the owner and she was very thoughtful and kind. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

“Lejlighederne er i fin stand, flot rengøring. Den lejlighed vi fik først var i stueetagen og lå lige ud til to parkeringspladser og vej. Ikke særlig hyggeligt eller rart, alle kunne se direkte ind. Efter andet forsøg, lykkedes det at få en anden lidt bedre lejlighed, ikke meget. Ok parkeringskælder. Skiområdet ligger et pænt stykke på gåben væk, og er meget småt. Vi valgte andre områder i Zillertal. Ikke umiddelbart et sted vi kommer tilbage til. ”
