“No comment, Just a quick overnite stay while travelling, it did the trick”

“👍”

“Julie and the cleaning staff was so helpful and very accommodating when we needed to extend the night. We travelled with a toddler and a baby and she did above and beyond to make sure when we had to change rooms to be smooth and easy. Overall whenever we stay here and every stay is always an excellent experience!”

“Location was the best. Woman at the front desk was amazing.”

“We had coffee. It was good. The room was clean. A lot of steps to go to our room. The location was great, close to many things.”

“I wish the pool hours would have been extended. My granddaughter and I were reluctant to go because the hours made everyone there at the same time and the capacity of people were always at the max. Disappointed”

“We waited a while to check in because midway through gathering our information, the person at the front desk stopped our check in and was interrupting the other person at the desk who was on the phone to join their conversation. We felt disregarded and unappreciated. The room we had was right beside the elevator and not only was it loud from guests coming on and off, the actual vibrations of the elevator itself were disruptive in the night. Lastly, the other guests were disrespectful and left...

“They should offer breakfast and have a hot tub or sauna for that price, very expensive for a night. But very clean.”

“All good, second stay this month. Would stay again in future. Halls could be a bit cleaner, but room was great.”

“Overall everything was very good. Parking was pretty full, having the next door restaurants' drive-thrus. Staff was very nice and breakfast was also good.”

“Clean room, good breakfast selections. I was disappointed because I booked online and was quoted a rate, but was charged more. When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again.”

“Had a lot of luggage and PPE to transfer inside; I was happy to be able to unliad from my truck directly next to my room's door. The matress was Nice and confortable and I am pretty sensitive to these kinds if things. The staff was Nice and helpful; that's all I can ask for.”

“Good place to stay and see the lake”

“I had booked a pet friendly room but got there and was informed I hadn't. I had put it in the filters, it was the only motel that came up and I reserved the room. On check in I was charged an additional ~$35 for the dog. The room was clean, the bed and pillows great. Just not happy about that.”

“No clear instructions for the check in process, when we showed up the check in area was closed with a sign on the door displaying a number and who to call for assistance. When we called the manager she showed up and pointed to the cabin and said the door is open you can go on in. We got there around 6 which is a normal check in time so I think the check in area may be always closed. The cabin was mostly clean, sheets were folded on our bed and the bed wasn't made. When we went to make the bed...
