“Amazing views, the host was incredibly welcoming and happy to have a chat. The farm was beautiful and the walk to the pond was pure magic. Our kids loved the loft beds and the little lambs running around. Small touches everywhere with extra blankets and hot water bottles. Only wish we stayed longer to enjoy it a little more. ”

“Amazing how they were able to equip the train carriage with modern amenities while retaining the original charm. Bath was an add on unit with full fixtures but integrated with the train. Good AC and heating options and nice kitchenette. Check out the fabulous Hobbit and ferrry boat options.”

“What an incredible place to simply enjoy. It felt like home. All the small touches of personal oversight were so warm and perfect. The art was incredible, from the paintings to the crochet blankets, to the patchwork. One night was not enough! I will definitely be back. ”

“This unit was a great spot for us to be near to Waitomo Village and explore the surrounding area. Great communication from our host and a lovely clean unit to relax in for the evening. Our USA visitor was also really excited to see the sheep and enjoy the view from the Sunrise unit. A great overnight stay.”
