“ Very helpful staff, pleasant stay”

“La camera 14 dove siamo stati per 2 notti è carina e la posizione ottima e centrale. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare: all’arrivo il riscaldamento non era acceso, mancavano più sedie o appendiabiti per appoggiare vestiti e oggetti, e le finestre erano pieni di spifferi e non insonorizzate. Le scale per accedere alla stanza sono molto strette e i gradini in legno. Inoltre, nel letto matrimoniale, chi dorme lato finestra deve scavalcare l’altra persona per uscire.”

“Beautiful details and decoration, very well situated to the town and parking just outside . Realky lovely touches , a small gift bag of Molton Brown essentials which was a lovely suprise ! Super comfy bed and sofa . I look forward to going back! ”

“This hotel was amazing! The room was large with a high ceiling. All the regular hotel buts and pieces for coffee, tea etc. The room also came with a super comfortable couch, which was perfect for a rest and not having to sit on the bed. I was really impressed with the servuces, the TV even had Netflix available. I will absolutely stay there again when travelling to Worcester :)”

“Prima kamer echter op deze warme dag geen airco oid maar een ventilator. Beetje jammer dat je tijdens iets eerder inchecken wanneer je kamer klaar is 15£ extra moet betalen. En anders wachten op je al gereed zijnde kamer. Verder alles prima. ”
