“The room i was initially booked into had not been cleaned when i arrived. I reported this and was met with excellent service and my room was upgraded at once to compensate. The hotel is well situated with best view of the sea ive experienced in all the hotels ive stayed at in Eastbourn. Standards were good for the price. Not really luxury but perfectly ok.”

“we enjoyed our 2night stay , room 116 is the best stramnge as they only have 41 rooms, as recomended by Tyler ( A future manager ) who was on reception ,plus he was realy helpful on letting us know what was happening in the hotel and surrounding areas eg Bexhill etc. Not a massive hotel ,but due to really hot weather we made full use of the terrace and private garden area. One complaint !! the shower tray is very slippery when wet.A non slip tray would be safer. Otherwise EXCELLANT two night...
