Hotel sulla neve in Georgia

“Room very good and clean”

“It does not have a pool. The hotel is more expensive than normal because of having a pool and breakfast but the pool was dry! and the buffet breakfast ran out of items in half an hour. It is July and the pool was covered with a fabric and it did not look like it was under maintenance so I think they just decided not to operate it. “Most of what was described in the website was inaccurate: the spa and pool were in a different building, there was no room service unless requested, there was no food service, the toilet smelled really bad, the wifi didn't work and there was no free parking.”

“It is a uniqly designed property that looks like a palace. Stuff is attentive and helpfull. Wonderful buffet breakfast serving international and local dishes. Property has a beauty spa and a full medical center. It also has it's own mineral spring with drining mineral water.”

“Excellent and cheap 👌”

“I was surprised how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel. If you ski ,especially with kids, it’s your place. All the resort is very well planned, ski slopes are very easy to access, skating rink is just steps from the hotel. Big and nice restaurants are down and up. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend the Crystal hotel.”
