“Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The bed is a bit stiff, and the shower was messy with only a partial, moveable glass divider to try to keep the water in the tub, but the water still got everywhere. But the location is definitely convenient for flying out of Heathrow. ”

“Absolutely negative experience at Dorsett Shepherds Bush. The hotel charged a significant amount to my credit card without any prior notice or invoice. After raising the issue, I had to wait a week to receive a refund via bank transfer, but the situation got even worse. Not only did they take days to return my money, but they also didn’t refund the deposit they had withheld. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and the handling of financial matters was completely...

“It’s the best kept secret in London. It’s better than any other 5 star hotel in London. Their service & attention to detail is incredible. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times now & have always had amazing service. I highly recommend it!”

“Struttura nuovissima gestita in maniera impeccabile.
Il servizio di ristorazione è di primissimo livello.
La pulizia dei luoghi comuni e delle stanze è curata nei minimi dettagli.
Ha una SPA non esageratamente grande, ma fornita di tutto quanto necessita.
Raggiungibile con la metropolitana di superficie che ha la fermata a circa 200/300 metri.
Insomma, nulla da eccepire a questa steuttura”
