“Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per tre giorni dal 22 al 25 agosto 2014. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una camera (che vendono come suite) con due letti matrimoniali con le molle dei materassi completamente rotte ed assenza totale di acqua calda. Abbiamo effettuato più contestazioni agli addetti ed al manager che ci hanno trattato con aria di indifferenza senza mai risolvere il problema.
