Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night. Das fenster im Bad liess sich nicht schließen, dadurch besteht die Gefahr dass Mosquitos ungehindert eindringen und das in den Tropen. Im Flur liegen tote Insekten, Kakerlaken. Insgesamt ist das gesamte hotel schmutzig und heruntergekommen auch wenn sich das Personal bemüht. ”

“Questo resort e' considerato il migliore della zona. E' un 5 stelle, ma non ai livelli europei. Le camere necessiterebbero di essere ristrutturate. “La struttura e' bellissima essendo una vecchia fabbrica di the convertita in hotel. Il personale si presenta bene, in divisa locale. Tuttavia avrei da fare alcuni appunti. Non e' un 5 stelle secondo gli standard cui sono abituati gli europei. L'hotel si presenta come ecosostenibile, ma c'era una gran dispersione di calore, visti gli spifferi di aria che c'erano in camera. La qualita' della colazione e' molto discutibile. “Great room and can’t fault the facilities and location to the centre. However, I am giving a 3 star review because the WiFi doesn’t work and the food options weren’t great. It should have been mentioned that the hotel only offers slow WiFi that only works for one hour a day”

“We arrived around 6.30pm during a crazy storm, the down pour was full on. The signs could be clearer, our driver struggled to get up the steep hill so we walked with our bags. Staff were great, had dinner in the room and cocktails, tasted great. Room was nice with great views. We would happily stay here again. ”

“There was no housekeeping drive in our room when we checked-in. The floor was dusty, there were insects , lizards , cobwebs , spiders and everything else you can imagine in our room. The staff was not at all cooperative. The quality of the materials used for construction in the room are very poor. Not at all value for money. Only the staff at the restaurant were friendly and accomodating. The air conditioner in the room also started leaking.”

“Struttura nuova (aperta da aprile 2023) molto carina e ben arredata. Immediatamente sopra il centro di Ella (appena 5 minuti di tuk tuk). Camere belle, grandi e con una bellissima vista sulla vallata. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Insomma tutto benissimo ma un ringraziamento speciale va al personale. Sono tanti ragazzi e tutti gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Struttura super consigliata!”
