“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“AC went out! Asked to put ice packs in freezer! They put them in a fridge. Shuttle driver drove like he was fresh from Daytona!”
