“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“Even though the hotel seems out of the way the hotel has made an allowance for this. The shuttle service to and from the airport is wonderful. The shuttle also takes you to the mall and subway and drops you off in front of both. Just check with the front desk to ensure the times which are consistent. We ate several times at the mall. The price of the Expedia package was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to utilize this deal again. We heard horror stories about car tickets from cameras around...
