“Very comfortable room and the staff was suberb”

“Room wasn’t made when we arrived and had to phone down as it was 2 singles and I had booked a double. Visited the pool and spa area, wasn’t impressed hot tub had some grim residue on the bottom of it and some things were very worn. Also went for a walk outside before dinner and the patio tiles were not secure which was dangerous. Ordered drinks previous to dinner and they came out after dinner was served. Seems to be very understaffed as took a while to be noticed we had finished. My husband...
