“Staff was very helpful. We had trouble locking our balcony door and the front desk came up to assist. We stayed in the Pearl room. We didn't realize our balcony was a shared balcony with another room and the common space shared amongst the suites. There were no issues, but would have been nice to know before hand. Overall the room was very clean, very nice, and we enjoyed our stay for 1 night.”

“We enjoyed our stay! All of the staff were very welcoming which was extremly helpful since this was our first trip and first stop in Iceland. We were feeling a bit disoriented with just having navigated through the streets and parking in a new country and adjusting to the time difference. The underground parking garage was convenient, although very tight. You will need to check-in to receive the remote which operates the garage door entrance/exit. “Struttura molto bella, comoda a 200 mt dalla fermata 12 da dove partono le navette che accompagnano alla stazione centrale dei bus per l'aeroporto. Noi avevamo una camera con la porta comunicante ma nonostante ciò le camere sono isolate abbastanza bene acusticamente. Servizio colazione ricco e che accontenta tutti avendo dolce,salato,formaggi, salumi, macedonia, cereali, latte o yogurt ecc..., te lo portano in camera all'ora scelta da te.
