“This is a beautiful property and an easy walk to the beach. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and were well stocked with various amenities. Having bowling lanes in property was a nice touch and our family enjoyed it. Some nice dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend it. ”

“The front desk closes at late night but is open most of the time, wasn't an issue for us. quite close to the market which is nice but the main issue is I think there are many prostitution/ strip club locations around the hotel. Travelling as a family and therefore we didn't quite enjoy that. That being said, extremely nice staff, free but limited amount of parking. Place is modern and clean. No issues.”

“초등 아이 동반 여름 휴가로 방문했습니다. 아이들이 있어서 온돌룸으로 예약을 했는데요. 첫날 방의 냉방에 조금 문제가 있었는데 새벽 시간이었는데도 호텔측에서 방을 새로 배정해서 잘 수 있도록 빠르게 조치를 취해 주셨어요. 시설이 최신인 호텔은 제주도에 요즘 많지만 서비스 수준의 노련함은 역시 신라호텔인거같습니다. ”
