“Everything good as always ”

“The room was not actually clean. I found hair in the bathroom more than once that was not mine. The floor was dirty, towels were reused and the staff was not exactly friendly. They were giving suspicious stares, taking forever to acknowledge the guests and not helpful. The elevators in this hotel are terrible and the key "stopped working"..... Maybe they locked me out so they could finish cleaning the room. The cleaning staff were the only ones actually kind and helpful. Front desk not genuine....

“everything was perfect! The thing I appreciated most was the attention to detail during the Indonesian National Independence Day celebrations. You could really sense the concern that the hotel guests might complain about the normal noise caused by the festivities. To those who complained, I would say: every nation celebrates its independence, and it was actually very touching to see how deeply Indonesians care about and love their country. If you don’t want any noise, stay at home!”
