“The 3 Nagas was a wonderful experience and beautiful stay we will never forget. Such a beautiful historic hotel that was so personable and friendly from day 1 we felt very welcomed. The staff were amazing & could not do enough for us! The breakfast were SO good & generous we enjoyed and looked forward to it! Comfortable bed and room , we really enjoyed the adventure and character of it all. We enjoyed seeing the Alms giving from our doorstep , so close to everything in the historic town ,...

“Wonderful experience. Beautiful and unique property with a delightful view. The pool is dreamy. But most of all the team are the amazing and truly welcoming. We felt at home. Many thanks”

“The problem with this hotel is the lack of staff understanding English. Both at the reception and at the restaurant there is no one understanding English/French/German/Italian. At least a minimum of English would be essential. We had to use Google translator even for placing an order of fresh fruits at the restaurant. Internet does not work in the room (we were at the 10th floor but I heard other guests complaining it was not working at other floors as well). Limited service only in the lobby....

“Newer property and well designed rooms. Great views across town and of the mountains every morning. The staff are excellent and very helpful. It is a little out of the center of town but can request a shuttle at anytime.”

“Good value for money. Clean and pleasant rooms. Staff were very kind and helpful.”

“Not in the main downtown area ”

“Hotel elegante fuori dal centro di Luang Prabang. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia delle camere buona. Il personale della reception è super disponibile”
