“Our stay was absolutely fantastic, an over the top 6 star experience. Andrei and his staff were so friendly and anticipated our every need. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and tranquil and the dining was extraordinary. We were only here 3 nights and wish it had been longer. ”

“The problem with this hotel is the lack of staff understanding English. Both at the reception and at the restaurant there is no one understanding English/French/German/Italian. At least a minimum of English would be essential. We had to use Google translator even for placing an order of fresh fruits at the restaurant. Internet does not work in the room (we were at the 10th floor but I heard other guests complaining it was not working at other floors as well). Limited service only in the lobby....

“Les chambres sont joliment décorées. En revanche l’hôtel est globalement moyennement entretenu. Mais ceci est compensé par la gentillesse du personnel. Les deux inconvénients pour moi : - l’hôtel est loin du centre - la salle de sport est très vétuste et sans climatisation”
