“We have stayed here before and received the usual warm welcome from the owner. The location is to the east of Carrick town, on a side road set back from the M4. The accommodation is quiet though. Bedrooms are cosy and homely.. A good breakfast in the dining room is ensured. Plenty of safe parking space.”

“A fantastic place to stay. My elderly parents required an ensuite and this fitted the bill perfectly. Fresh flowers greeted us on the fining table. Great selection of leaflets showing you things to do in the west coast of Ireland. “A family stay in Ballyboy View for the first time. Ideal rural location with easy access (short drive) to Manorhamilton town. All you should need provided for in the house, with a starter pack of teas and soda bread. Ideal for a short family stay with children. It’s highlight is the gorgeous 360 degree views of lovely Leitrim - although I’m bias, as my family are from the local area! :-))”

“We loved the ruralness of the property but also the close proxmity to Roosky for shops and local bars. The property itself was very clean and well presented with everything provided that we could possibly need or want.We felt conpletely at home. The cottage was very homely.
