“We were very, very happy with our stay at The Lake House. When we got there, Sabine was holding the door open and asking if we needed help with our luggage. The room was spotless as was the rest of The Lake House. Friendly staff, beautiful views of the lake. They were very accomodating of our dog who had a great time as well! A very enjoyable experience.”

“We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.”

“Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. This hotel was our choice rather than paying a fortune to stay in Cooperstown. A nearby Walmart and eateries were a plus in this small community. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure great. “I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I don’t think are cleaned often such as windowsills. Bed sheets towels and everything else was very clean. “We went for a wedding. The room was beautiful. We were informed how to get in and how to get in touch with someone if we had a question because most of the time no one was at the desk. When we did have a question they responded right away. It was a beautiful place and the breakfast was very nice.”
