“Basically my stay was fine as usual, the hotel is in the center of the city. the only problem is the noise which comes from the doors of the rooms, whenever one person is entering in the room, the door will automatically close with a very big noise, I suggest to fix the doors with another system. Especially during the nights when the people are sleeping this problem causes constant awakenings from the noise of slamming doors and it is very troublesome”

“The first night I speept without heating. the second day i come back in my room at 4PM but my room didn't reviced house keeping. ”

“All OK, only one problem, I ordered a Taxi from Airport and the cost paid was 50$, The real cost was 25$, trought Hotel 100% more.”

All'arrivo chiedevano i soldi seconda volta per la seconda persona, nonostante avevamo mostrato una conferma scritta della prenotazione. Avevamo die colazioni pagate, ma siccome partenza era alle 4:00, non ci avevano fatto fare la colazione all'arrivo ed alla fine abbiamo pagato due colazioni ma usufruito solo una. La cosa fonale delle sorprese dell'hotel- è che non chiamano i taxi normali...
