“A very poor experience - the house was dirty - I had to clean the kitchen - the fridge was full of meat that wasn't frozen and smelt - it was so unhygenic we didn't eat in it - the bedroom was musty and had cobwebs throughout - the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper - someone arrived home at 11.30 and let dogs into the house so that I was bailed up in the bathroom.we want a refund for a very poor experience”

“we messaged the host saying that we would have to arrive late (car issue) and would check in ourselves she said no problem. once we arrived she was incredibly rude at us for arriving late, despite not letting us know this would be an issue, pretty sure she was drunk, she then insisted we weren’t allowed to shower bc we were only staying one night and had a problem with us using the toilet, then stared us down as we entered the back door to clean our teeth. we left the next morning super early,...

“Host Donna is welcoming and friendly, answering my questions and leaving us a bottle of filtered water in the fridge, as it was a hot day when we arrived.The cottage grounds are gorgeous, flowers and trees making the rural feel oh so special. The beds are comfy, there is a kitchenette with enough appliances to keep oneself fed, plus a clean bathroom.Best of all - it's dog friendliness. Donna was so lovely from the first contact and made my husband's birthday super special, opening the restaurant for us and working with Chef Jackie to create a delicious menu.
