“Devo lamentare alcuni episodi disdicevoli: arrivo al desk e mi viene data la chiave della camera, arrivata in camera constato che non era stata pulita, protesto al desk e mi danno la chiave per un'altra camera, ma la chiave non apre, protesto e mi cambiano la chiave scusandosi. Posizione carina, affacciato su in porto turistico. albergo non a 4 stelle, piuttosto demodé e con particolari di usura evidente in particolare nel bagno”

“Nice location right on the Quay, and 5 mins from the old town & port. We asked to drop luggage off before checking in (ferry arrived at 1000), but the staff went above and beyond and had our room ready early. That was a really nice touch. The bus stop is 2 mins walk, and from there it is very easy to connect to Amsterdam, Haarlem & anywhere else you can think of.”
