“Great atmosphere, good lobby music, drinks and food excellent ”

“Staff was very friendly! However, the hotel was lacking updates and communication was not the greatest. We were told to call down 10 minutes in advance if we wanted the valet to pull our car around. Two out of the three times they never got the message to pull it around so we ended up having to wait 20 minutes, making a slate for other reservations and activities. “A beautiful place to stay. Nice location close to the Santa Fe Plaza, walking distance. Our room was very nice and comfortable, clean, did have problem with the bathroom door, it dragged on the floor due to uneven floor. Staff nice and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and would recommend. ”
