“This hotel was somewhat disappointing. The location is exceptional, around the corner from everything you want to see. The staff is very kind and accommodating and they definitely made our stay pleasant. However the state of the hotel does not justify the price point. Firstly, the pictures shown online are not representative of what you will likely end up getting; an old, small room which at times felt a bit unclean. They photographed one nice room and that’s all you will see online of this...

“Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was definitely a case of 'small is beautiful' and great attention was paid to detail. The building may be old and quaint but facilities and service are bang up to date.What shone through most, however, was the commitment of staff who without exception showed profesionalism and did everything with a smile. Top marks to The Feathers - a real little gem of a place!”
