“My experience at Koi was not quite what I expected. The rooms are modern, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. Immediately after checking in, I had to change rooms because of an obvious maintenance issue. Given the inconvenience, I expected a room upgrade, but the replacement room had an obstructed view and felt more like a downgrade from the original room. Housekeeping also never cleaned my room, despite my...

“Always a pleasure staying at Royal St Kitts”

“I like this hotel for the price and location, the ocean view was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, but the 3rd day the water went off. So, I was able to wash the dishes, take a bath or wash my clothes. You also have to request that housekeeping change your towels, I went chasing the ladies on all the floors just to get some clean towels before I realized that i could send an email directly to the office and make my request known.”

“Spiaggia comoda ma non eccezionale Ristorante affacciato sul mare ma tanti piatti offerti e pochi disponibili”

“Really a surprise, it has everything you need, very clean and spaciuos rooms overlooking the ocean, two swimming pools, microwaves and coffee in the room, supermarket available in sorroundings, 4stars out of 5!”

“Property is perfect, however the bathrooms are outside and the lights attract mosquitos, flies and big frogs.”

“Beautiful property!”

“This is a very well located property, right in town. Great for solo travelers and "wanderers" Not for the laid back. A Supermarket right under the hotel. Highly recommended.”

“Convenient and felt comfortable”

Perfect for a family trip in my case a business trip. There was a washer and dryer and detergent provided. Rooms were also easily available on short notice which was great. My only issue is there can be a little more attention to maintenance of the units (making sure lights and AC units are working and pipes aren't leaking). Also...

“The view from the balcony’s lets you see the hills and the sea side easily ”

“The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful and spacious apartment, well suited out with everything that one would need. Our host Millicent was great. She responded immediately and was very pleasant in the communication. We spent 1 week and enjoyed every moment of our time there.”
