“Clean room. Very kind and supportive staff. Plentiful breakfast options including omelet bar. Excellent restaurant (El Campo) with excellent staff. A number of SJU workers choose to eat at hotel restaurant which speaks volumes about quality and value.”

“We arrive got to reception and the King bed option is not available. Give a option of two bed. We went to meal at the restaurant the food are good. Went to the room and the tv no working. They move us to another room, This time give us the King bed. Take a shower and floor of the room beging to have water. Need to put towel in the floor. Later at night the food we eat in the restaurant cause us diarea on mi wife and me. As we go to the front desk the completly ingnore our complaing ”

“Couple of issues: 1. Arrived at noon - checkin was 4pm…repeatedly told working on our room …checked in at 330 finally…. Not the best first impression - maybe HSK works on island time. 2. 1115 on Monday - Hsk staff(male) entered room to replenish shower soap - DIDNT knock and wooden sign was showing do not enter equivalent. This is unsafe…Pool small but comfortable - great view…on site restaurants ok …”
