I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). “This was one of my favorite hotels with a beautiful view of the lake! You’re literally walking distance to everything so don’t really need a car once you’re staying here. Staff was very help and breakfast was amazing! Casino across the street was fun with Karaoke. Highly recommend if you are in the area ”
