“We stayed at The Barfield for the first time this past Sunday night to break up our drive from Dallas to Angel Fire, NM and really enjoyed the comfort and style of this beautiful hotel. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful and the room is very modern and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we are considering staying there on our way back.”

“The beds and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. My kids tried to swim but the pool was freezing, looked gross, and was overly chlorinated. I couldn't even stand to go in the pool room it smelled so strong. Breakfast tasted just ok. Offerings were scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, diy waffles and oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice and pastries. Desk employees were EXTREMELY friendly and courteous. ”
