“We love this hotel. We try to stay here whenever we need to stay in Amarillo on our way to Colorado. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were quite good. We were surprised that we needed to wait in the lobby when we arrived at 2:15 pm on Sunday afternoon. We know that check-in time is 3 pm, but usually the staff is amenable to allow us to check in 30 minutes early or so. ”

“We had a problem with getting the door code to work at first. I had to call the property and they gave me another code to try. Once we tried the new code everything was great. The property was clean and well taken care of. We liked it so much we are thinking of getting our daughters sonething like it back home.”

“We stayed at The Barfield for the first time this past Sunday night to break up our drive from Dallas to Angel Fire, NM and really enjoyed the comfort and style of this beautiful hotel. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful and the room is very modern and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we are considering staying there on our way back.”
