“To say this stay was phenomenal would be an understatement! We weren’t sure exactly what to expect on the island before we arrived but we were pleasantly surprised by everything. Travel was very easy on the ferry with a prearranged ticket and a person to greet us on Heron Island. We were then picked up on the beach on Heron Island, where we had a fun 20 minute boat ride to Wilson. “We were in the tree top safari tent which technically isn't a 'beach view' however we had a nice view of the beach.”

“Room very average, all cutlery dirty, many ants in the tea/coffee given and room had a musty smell. Bed was just two singles pushed together with a very hard centre, not a king bed, only one small pillow given and was loud outside all night. ”

“Parking was easy. Even with our 4x4 loaded with Roof Top Tent and other things on roof. The room was exceptionally clean. Quite location right in the middle between 1770 and Agnes. We drove most places but worth it. ”

“Large apartment very spacious. Easy check in process. Did have old furniture needing refurbished and lots of dust. The Sheets smelt off not sure if it was the bedding or mattress. Apartments these days don’t seem to be cleaned very well. Would love if they had a headboard on the bed. Apart from that overall good place to stay. Nice big kitchen area. Lovely view.
