“The hotel facilities did not look as pictured. The rooms are extremely dated, they don’t have AC or any temperature control. The property is marketed as a hotel but it looks more like a guest house. Also, the room service started before 8:00am when some of the guests are still sleeping. Food is average. ”

“The hotel is okay, most of the natural beauty around it makes it look a lot better. There is no AC so be prepared to be warm during the day. Our room was over an hour and a half late and we were not compensated whatsoever even though we were waiting for them. It's time for isn't overly attentive and the wait time for the food is definitely not worth it. ”

“Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel.
