“The booking was at Litchfield resort and we found that they changed the booking to a place called plantation which was filthy far from being clean and with poor lighting , six miles away from the resort!! We rejected that change and requested cancellation and after few hours they called to offer us a room at the resort . The electric carts taking resort residents to the beach was out of order, which enforced resort residents to either walk 17 minutes to the beach or drive their own cars. We...

“The property was absolutely amazing….the staff was incredible. The food was outstanding. The only thing to note that if you stay in a Villa on the grounds versus at the hotel/sanctuary, you don’t have access to the best pool on the beach and you have to pay for beach chairs- $20 a chair. But even given that, we cannot wait to go back. Perfect for families!”

“It was not ocean view like I requested and that in itself ruined my vacation, not counting the broken elevator and having to pay to park even where we stayed. Not to mention the parking ticket I got for parking in their own parking lot instead of using the parking deck. I am 72 years old with a bad back, bad knees, and vertigo. I can't do all that walking! I will not go back there! If anybody asks me about it, I will tell them how bad it sucked!”

“This rental was fabulous. All the extras made our stay very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you like to eat in and the many thoughtful touches made us feel valued and welcomed.
