“Arrived and met by friendly staff. However on entering the room could clearly see room was dated and requires an overhaul. Brown carpet - stained and dirty in many areas. Furniture chipped and dated. Bed extremely uncomfortable and mattress topper has been added however mattress had fold in the middle and lumps - very uncomfortable. Curtain are not blackout and office opposite has digital adverts going all night so constant flashing of lights through curtains. Bath - which we paid extra for full...

“Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location. Positives The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms. We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

“I had the best stay here for theEaster holiday weekend! It was such a beautiful property in a stunning location with incredible views! It’s a dog friendly hotel and they were so nice to my dog who I brought with us. Every single person who is part of the hotel staff is so lovely, helpful and kind!!! Amazing customer service!! The breakfast and Dinners that we had at the restaurant were all so delicious!! Will come back to stay again! 10/10!!”
