“ Very friendly welcome, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable and immaculate room, excellent walk-in shower. Full English breakfast the best!. Well located for seafront and town centre. Access to reception is via steps so perhaps not ideal for those with walking difficulties Otherwise highly recommended! ”

“Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). “Unfortunately I was not there for pleasure, but Michelle was really welcoming. My room was ready before arrive and Michelle advised me on this by text, upon arrival Michelle helped me with my bag and offered my a cup of tea or coffee, even though this was in my room. ”

“A very nice stay , last minute booking, very warmly greeted on arrival, asked what I wanted for breakfast and what time. Nice comfortable room with adaquate en-suite facilities with plenty of water provided in the room. In the morning, I was again greeted in a warm manner and had one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. I’ve paid double price and not had this quality. The owners really couldn’t do enough for me. ”
