“It's not clear that the kitchen is shared, in the advertising. A kettle in the room would be a basic improvement, instead of a journey downstairs. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Soap dispensers are broken, for example. However, staff were helpful and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the house being on the ring road. The location was OK for a 15 min walk to food ETC”

The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. “The flat was great, as advertised. Clean and had everything I needed to stay for a week. Really easy bus route to Central Manchester nearby also. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding to any questions extremely fast. Would recommend.”

“I loved the house in Manchester. It was truly close to the Etihad Stadium. The rooms are good sized and the beds were comfortable. The house has excellent heating system to beat the freezing weather of Manchester. Everything in the kitchen is labelled for easy identification and some snacks were available. Every room has a TV and the TV downstairs is large with good programming options to choose from ”
