“The hall ways and stair wells smell of smoke. The carpets are old and dingy. Need an upgrade maybe that will get rid of the smell of smoke.
Not got insulation between rooms you can hear the other guests if in the room next to you.”

“Was too busy out and about in town to take advantage of the amenities in the hotel. My only complaint about the hotel is that our room didn’t get attention every day and when you are paying that much money per night, I feel like the room should be made up for you every day.”
