“Not many places where you can build a fire inside. Hot tub is very nice to relax in. Quiet, private area, very relaxing, very nice home rental. Everything you need is there. Host was very quick to respond to my booking and all questions”

“Very clean property. Very well stocked kitchen. More than enough room in the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Hot tub was super easy to use to warm up. Very large backyard for a nice bonfire. Nice and quiet location about 15 mins from Ellicottville. Could not ask for a nicer place in that area!”

“We had a wonderful stay lots of lazing around and just being. No major malfunctions just a couple minor things it would have been great it there was central are or one more window unit for the bottom floor but other than that we all had a wonderful time ”
