“Parking was a challenge but managed ok. 7am wake up call from jackhammer noise Monday through Friday. New fence installation. Loved the condo and location. Beautiful beach, convenient beach area and chairs. Oven mitts would be nice. Smart TV upgrades would be nice given the price of the place. Loved the grounds of the property, including the iguanas, lizards, roosters, chickens and ducks!!!! Hope to return on a non spring break week, more comfortable price, I’m sure. “We have visited St. Thomas multiple times, but this was our first time using accommodations through VRBO. Our group of 5 stayed a full week in August 2021 at the Estate Charlotte Amalie. The 2nd floor flat is well furnished and spacious with a lot of natural light on the ocean facing side. It’s a pleasant place to relax after a long day lounging on the beach.
