Hotel di lusso in Vermont

“We booked room through Hotels and when we arrived the front desk didnt have out name or reservation, she was not very helpful, just asked if we booked through a third party(which we did). So it was not a very nice experience as you could imagine. Tried to reach hotels but she said there wifi was in and out so i had to go outside(it was not very warm) and i had to go in and out of front door many times, it did not make me feel great and not a good look for a resort. I think she could have done...
